Pand13 is a fantastic restaurant. I had the pleasure of trying their platter, which included delicious bites such as chili bites, bitterballen, and fish. The food was excellent, and the drinks were equally impressive. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive. I highly recommend Pand13 for a memorable dining experience.

Not speaking Dutch and there being no English menu,I asked the waitress for her recommendation. It was fantastic. Very good food from what you might think was just a bar front. Great pedestrian scene walking by all through dinner.
